First, I hope you’re all taking extra good care of yourselves in this impossible, insane week. We belong to each other, and these are scary times. Interrupt the overwhelm with deep breaths and remember that the world is changed by ordinary people consistently doing radical acts of bravery and insisting on a different, better way. Look for small, simple ways to take care of your loved ones and your community.

You’re Invited To Begin Again
Our month-long workshop, Begin Again, starts tomorrow. There are two spots left for the Live Cohort, and limitless spots for the self-guided journey. We’d love to have you join us!
Begin Again is a practice in presence with self; we’re meeting on Sunday nights to reflect on the year we’ve had, take inventory of what narratives we’ve been telling ourselves, considering what to get rid of, making room for reflection, care, and dreaming of the year ahead. We’re tending to neglected parts of ourselves, unwiring from negative self-talk, and spending time in community to mirror each other’s care back to each other.
What We’ll Explore
Week One: Reflect
What the past year taught you + what you’re ready to release.
Week Two: Envision
What you want to feel, build, nurture, or become this year.
Week Three: Uncover
Naming the patterns, fears, and stories that keep you small.
Week Four: Activate
Gentle, grounded steps toward the life you want to live.
